Refund and Returns Policy

At Giftoy.in, every gift is custom-made with love and care. Since most of our products are personalized (like custom chocolates, photo frames, and hampers), we follow a clear return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.


1. No Returns on Personalized Products

As all items are customized as per your request, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must provide unboxing video proof showing the issue.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized chocolates with printed names or photos
  • Photo frames with personalized images
  • Gift hampers created on demand

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with proof at:

6. Shipping Costs

If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer must bear it.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if production has already started. For quick support, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
